1.stop your smoking please (well if you do smoke..) smoking can make our skin dry and make our face looks older it can also harm your health ... for girls that want to have a beautiful smooth skin...stop smoking k ?? (we can be a passive and a not passive smoker,passive smoker is the person that doesn't smoke.. but he or she is close to the ones that is or are smoking and it can harm us more than the not passive one...the passive ones is the ones that smoke...but it harms their health too..so.. if you dont want anybody to die because of you... please..DONT SMOKE ! )
2.Eat your essential fatty acids.The American Heart Association recommends you guys to eat fish twice a week to get enough omega-3, omega-6 and DHA into the body. It helps cells be flexible and permeable and has been shown to be an important part of the cells of the nervous system, blood vessels and skin. That means they help with the wrinkles and the brains,wow.. isn't that perfect? Oily fish is the best, but not because it's deep fried with chips....-_-
3.watch your weight !!!! you need to exercise more every morning !!! well.. or weekend..dont be too fat.....overweight can harm your health too...
4.eat more vegetable and fruits !!!!! oranges had vitamin C that can make your skin smooth and make you fresh and fit everyday !! vegetables and fruits helps you to a healthy path of life ^^
5.be strong !! be strong from the outside and inside.... how ??? exercise more !!!!!!!! to make your bones trained...because if you don't...it will break easily and you will feel old... oh ya ! vitamin C could help too ^^ from the inside ...... dont get easily heart broken and cry or get angry...
6.be young ^^ open your mouth and laugh it could make your face looks younger and not boring,smiling everyday could help too ! explore you world !!
